Passover In the Gospels – Level Two

Following on from the Passover Level One Study which you can see here, the Passover Level Two Study is now available.

It is also colour-coded but the colour scheme differs from the one used in the Level one Study, although a similar palate is used.

The Passover Level 2 study goes into far more of the detail within the first two days of the Festival of Unleavened Bread; this festival is often called the Festival of Passover. However, Passover is only the first two days. The Festival of Unleavened Bread lasts seven days from the 14th to the 21st Aviv/Nissan.

These two days of Passover are located differently in each of the Gospels:

Matthew 26:17 to 30

Mark 14:12 to 26

Luke 22:7 to 38

John 13:1 to 14:31

Each Gospel tells the same story: Passover.
Each gospel writer does his work differently.
The colour-coding helps to highlight these differences and similarities.
Above is a link to each gospel and here is the colour-coding scheme.

A Review will follow soon.

We have said this before. It is worth repeating:
Our first purpose is to answer our key question.
What was Jesus/Ye’shua doing the evening before his execution.
In this study we hope you find the answer.

We are often asked why do we need to know.

Two reasons:
1. To be clear about what He is not doing.
2. To be confident about what He is doing, so to Remember & Celebrate, aright.
